- Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
- We offer standard and, where available, expedited shipping options.
- You will see available shipping methods and costs before completing your purchase.
3. Delivery Estimates
- Standard shipping: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Expedited shipping: usually 2–3 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, holidays).
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
6. Risk of Loss
- All products are shipped FOB shipping point (title and risk pass to you once the order is delivered to the carrier).
- Dinomini is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once the carrier has taken possession.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
7. Incorrect Addresses
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- Dinomini is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
