Returns & Refund Policy

At Dinomini Publishing and Games LLC (“Dinomini,” “we,” “our”), we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-returnable items: Used books, kits, or activity sets; digital products or downloads; personalized/custom-made products; sale or clearance items (unless defective).

2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dinomini.com with order number and photos.
- If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For the same product exchange, contact support@dinomini.com.

5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs (unless the return is our error).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returns without tracking.

6. Shopify Orders Only
This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official website, www.dinomini.com. If purchased through Amazon or another retailer, please refer to their returns process.
